We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your PrayPal account and all associated data, you can do so through the following methods.

Delete via the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly within the PrayPal app:

Open PrayPal and go to Settings
Tap Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision

Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email, photo)
All prayer requests you have created
All blessings you have sent
Your friend connections
Your notification preferences
All associated analytics data

Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and your data will not be visible to other users.

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, as well as any data we are legally required to keep (such as transaction records, if applicable).
